FREE FOR FIRST RESPONDERS & VETERANS (LIMITED TO 20 PARTICIPANTS)
Alan Lynn spent 25 years in law enforcement, rising from a reserve officer to police captain until his world crashed around him in 2021. He failed to plan for the chaos that ensued, almost becoming another statistic. Through reinvention of self and uncomfortable growth, he learned the key components of building lasting resiliency. During this class, he will talk about mindset, inner belief systems, strength in community, overall wellness and finding silence. These components are essential for resiliency and are important to understand, prior to when chaos hits. Be prepared to be uncomfortable as he delves into difficult topics and pushes you outside your comfort zone. The day will conclude with the challenge of a cold plunge in ice water.
